1. Hydration
Did you know that up to 75% of people are severely dehydrated? It can cause physical pain, insomnia, lack of focus and muscle cramps. Clients report having less pain when they drinkย half their weight in ounces. Consider doing a water challenge for 10 days: drinkย half your weight in ounces and sense what you notice.

2. Journaling
How does the pain make you feel? Most clients say that they feel frustrated and annoyed when it comes to their pain. For the most part people try really hardย NOTย to thinkย about the pain. They say they do not want to talk about it, let’s not think about it. The sad truth is that your subconscious mind is ALWAYS thinking of it. Clients have found that when they write about their pain, the pain subsides. 3. Breathe
Sit quietly, inhale deeply and exhale. Repeat 3 times. Often when we are in pain and stressed we forget to breathe. Whenย that happens we deprive ourselves of oxygen, a very important ingredient for optimal health. Allow yourself to breathe and RELAX.
