MY MISSION IS TO MAKE HEALING A WAY OF LIFE.
For most of my life, I carried pain that didn’t belong to me — physical pain, emotional pain, financial stress, and the weight of generations of women who never had the chance to heal. I lived with back pain, tension, exhaustion, and a constant feeling that I had to hold everything together for everyone.
I thought it was normal.
I thought it was aging.
I thought it was my responsibility.
But the truth was deeper:
I was carrying my lineage.
IN ORDER TO SURVIVE, ONE MUST BE CREATIVE AND PERSISTENT
I was carrying the unspoken fears, the survival patterns, the emotional wounds, and the money trauma of the women who came before me. And like so many women, I didn’t know that my body was holding it all.
When I began releasing the emotional and ancestral patterns stored in my body, everything changed.
My pain dissolved.
My nervous system softened.
My energy opened.
My abundance expanded.
My relationships transformed.
And the most beautiful part?
My healing changed my family.

My children and grandchildren now experience a mother and grandmother who is present, grounded, emotionally available, and no longer living in survival mode. They get a version of me that is lighter, freer, and more loving — and that changes their lives too.
My relationship with my mom has healed in ways I never imagined.
I no longer carry the old wounds or the old stories. I can love her without absorbing her pain. I can honor her journey while choosing a different path for myself and the generations after me.
Today, I help women release the emotional, physical, and generational patterns that keep them stuck in pain, scarcity, and survival mode.
I help them feel safe in their bodies.
Safe in their relationships.
Safe with money.
Safe to receive.
Safe to rise.
